With such a diverse client base our approach to services, of necessity, varies.  In general service to public sector clients involves monitoring and enforcement of requirements. It might also include the providing of some technical assistance to targeted communities, outreach to those communities, conducting public forums, etc.  

Our services vary from project to project as we tailor them to meet a clients specific needs and goals.  We have serviced a number of public sector agencies with large capital budgets on the local, state & federal levels.  The majority of that work took place earlier in our collective experience.  We have also serviced a great many private concerns including major corporations in the financial, entertainment, education, transportation, food and retail industries.  We have also provided services to not-for-profit entities but the bulk of our work has been directly to the construction industry where we have provided services to real estate developers, construction managers, general and specialty contractors. 

Our private sector clients are generally, though not exclusively, concerned with managing compliance with regulatory requirements.  We are also sought by the private sector for other purposes.  We are called on to provide community liaison services in instances where community support for a project is lacking or when it is threatened by community unrest.  We are also called upon for assistance in helping a project through the sometimes torturous public approval process.  Occasionally a client wants help in maximizing local community participation on a project even in the absence of any regulatory requirement.   

There are constants that exist throughout every project.  Our services invariably relate to the disposition of contracts and the diversity of workforce for the on-site work primarily but also for the professional services and post construction operations of the newly developed facilities. Our work, therefore, requires a thorough working knowledge of governmental structure and public administration, legal implications of program implementation and design, and customs, practices and dynamics of private sector businesses, especially in the real estate and construction industries.  Our expertise in formulating and managing approaches that consider the needs and realities of disparate concerns accounts for our success in this area and our value to our clients.
